Terms of service

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old, or 18 to publish or manage adult content.
• Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in workspaces you manage, including what team members you invite do there.
• Give a real email address; we use it for important messages about your account.

What you publish

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to host, store, display and deliver it as needed to run the service. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish and link to.

Rules

You may not use smoooch.bio to:

• publish or link to anything illegal, including content that sexualises minors, non-consensual intimate content, or content that infringes others' rights;
• deceive people: phishing, impersonation, scams, malware, or links that hide where they really go;
• show different content to platforms' link checkers than to people ("cloaking") or otherwise get around the rules of the platforms where you share your links;
• link to adult content without marking the page or link 18+;
• send spam, harass people, or overload, probe or attack the service.

You must also follow the rules of the platforms where you share your smoooch.bio links. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice when needed to protect others.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. Your pages stay online within the Free plan's limits.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next period.
• Payments are not refundable except where the law requires it.

Handles and custom domains

Handles are first come, first served. We may reclaim handles that impersonate others, infringe trademarks, or have been inactive for a long time. You are responsible for domains you connect.

Availability

We work to keep smoooch.bio fast and available but do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut the service down we will give reasonable notice so you can move your links.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using smoooch.bio and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law

We will tell account holders about material changes to these terms by email before they take effect.
